5 YouTube Channels to Learn Spanish

Do you want to learn Spanish, but don’t know where to start? Try YouTube! YouTube is full of language learning tools. However, sometimes it can be overwhelming with the amount of content out there, so we have put together a list of some of the best channels for learning Spanish.

Practiquemos by Catalina Moreno E.

If you are looking for a fully immersive language learning experience, this is the right channel for you. Catalina creates her videos entirely in Spanish, but don’t worry – she talks slowly and clearly and uses useful images and (Spanish) transcriptions to help you along the way. She is also VERY funny. Catalina will keep you entertained with this multi-character, one-woman show.

Butterfly Spanish

The host of Butterfly Spanish has a very upbeat and bubbly personality and will keep you engaged. She does a great job using the English language to help you understand certain sounds and concepts used in Spanish. She also explains the differences between the different dialects and regions among Spanish speakers around the world.

The Spanish Dude

Even though Jordan got an F in high school Spanish, he went on to teach himself Spanish fluently (with the help of others, of course). He uses the fact that he is not a native Spanish speaker to his advantage. Jordan is able to explain grammar and conjugations in a way that most natives wouldn’t be able to do. Not only does he teach Spanish, but he gives you tips on how to better your learning experience… I also enjoy that he wears a shirt with a different Spanish word on them in each video.
